Duncan Hines also makes a brownie mix called "Mississippi Mud" that was
dairy free when we last bought it in January (it is kosher labeled with
the circled U--be careful, many of DH's other brownie mixes are labeled
OU-D).  We sometimes use this as a "birthday cake"--it has swirls of
marshmallow on top, so it looks festive.
