This coming summer my husband wants to take our family, including our two
boys allergic to dairy,egg, nuts and peanuts on a two week traveling
vacation.  My hesitation is how to plan for that much travel without a
stove or microwave.

I am curious what others have found to work when traveling.   Has anyone
seen a microwave that can be plugged into a car?  Any other experiences
that have helped?
