Not to be discouraging, but I personally wouldn't give any milk,
dilluted or not, to my son if his RAST was positive, even if it was low.
It could actually get higher as soon as she had further contact with
milk. I think the best chance for the allergy to be completely outgrown is
to avoid milk *totally* for at least a couple of years.
