Have you tried Sucanat? I use organic Sucanat in place of brown sugar. It is
made from organic granulated cane juice and organic blackstrap molasses
blended together. It has a lower sucrose level than refined sugars and, it
also retains vitamins and minerals which are found naturally in sugar cane.
