If you're allergic to soy, you're allergic to anything that
has soy in it - which would include soybean oil, soy sauce,
and soy lecithin.  We use Fleischmann's margarine (the one
marked with a K in a circle and the word "pareve").  I'm
sure there are others; if it's marked "pareve" it is
milk-free; sometimes the milk ingredients aren't obvious on
the label otherwise (like natural flavorings).
