I've found this stuff called Junket Daish Dessert. It's marked Kosher
(just with a K and not a legit hecsher). It's supposed to be pudding,
pie filling or glaze. I haven't actually tried it yet, just haven't had
time to cook it up. I found it in strawberry and raspberry flavors. You
mix it with water and boil it. The ingredients look pretty benign:
sugar, tapioca starch, citric acid, artificial flavor, glycerine, red #40
Has anybody tried this stuff? How is it?
