Pop Tarts is the brand name of a toaster pastry product produced and
sold by Kelloggs here in the US.

Each pop tart is rectangular, about 3" by 4 1/2". (6 X 8 cm) They have
an outer crust, a little softer than shortbread, and come with various
flavored fillings.

Until recently, whey was an ingredient in the crust, which made it off
limits to most of the population on this list.
