I've been using this one too. It happened to be the first one I found
and it's OK. I'm used to real butter, so just about anything pales in
comparison.
While shopping for other alternatives this weekend, I picked up Spectrum
Naturals Spread made with canola oil (it has soy in it). It's
non-hydrogenated and claims it tastes like butter. It claims no
trans-fatty acids (whatever they are :-) As soon as I opened the lid, I
knew I wasn't going to like it. It looks like yellow mayonaise and
smelled really strong like microwave popcorn butter. I didn't care for
how it melted on my pancakes (blueberry, made with Missouri Mix :-) I'll
stick with the Nucoa since I don't really mind regular margarines.
