Hi,  I'm fairly new to this email list.  I was diagnosed with Type II
diabetes 5 years ago and am trying to control my blood sugar with diet &
exercise.

I have the book Sugar Blues and it's very informative.  The copyright is
1975.  I used to check it out at the library, but was able to get a paperback
copy about two years ago from a local book store.  It is available for
purchase through the Internet.
