Make sure your system board is set to 66Mhz and a x3 multiplier. Also make
sure the MXPro is seated well. The adapter board on it makes the pins a bit
shorter. Also, the MXPro came with a disk. Did you run it before
installing it to make sure your bios didn't need updating? The last thing
to try is clear cmos. I've had boards that wouldn't reset the clock speed
to recognize the new cpu until cmos was cleared.
