There's a chart in one of my cookbooks that says the maximum storage time
for pork in the refrigerator (36 to 40 degrees F) is 2 - 4 days but for
ground meats (doesn't specify what kind) is only 1 - 2 days. Did it smell
okay and did you cook it really well? If so, I would think it would be okay.
