I've been using Celtic Sea Salt for several years, and find it
exceptionally good. Call the Grain and Salt Society at l-800-867-7258 and
have them send you a catalog. They also have a small salt mill to
purchase, to grind the moist, grey crystals. However, since I've been on
Paleo, I find my desire for salt has diminished.

Also, I've found uncured bacon and beef dogs at our local Whole Foods, but
they've added raw sugar to them! I wonder how Ray comes by the bacon and
sausages he mentions in the menus of Neanderthin?????

Good health to all,
Cory
