Of course, there is the questions of what these vegetables replaced in
the diet.  A recent study showed that consuming whole grains produced a
33% benifit when compared to eating more refined ones.  As 33% of whole
grains is not digestable (bran) this is not surprising!  If the
vegetables are eaten instead of grains, similar benifits should only be
expected.  Thus the suplements may not be as benificial as the vegetables
as was recently shown in the case of a recent study of one antioxidant.
