I made chicken rinds (using JoAnn's recipe, thanks JoAnn) .
They were delicious but the yield is very low, and it is very labor
intensive. I skinned and defatted 3 chickens, to get less than one bag of
pork rinds. My son and I easily ate these up.
Does anyone have any ideas? My son LOVED these, but I don't want to go the
store and get 3 MORE chickens! <grin>
