Oops, my sincere apologies for sending my account update to the list.
Sheesh, I am back from vacation but my brain got left behind. I think it
took all I had to live dairy free through South Dakota, Minnesota,
Wisconsin country. It seemed everyone we stayed with thought that ice
cream was a required food item. I still haven't figured out how to tell
my mother-in-law that I can't even have the lactose reduced milk. She so
kindly buys it before our visit and I feel so bad--not bad enough to eat
it, though. She always asks why I can't have real milk and what it does
to me. I patiently explain it to her again, with no real hope that
she'll understand. Sigh. I'm glad to be home.
I hope you all are doing well.
cheers,
Roberta
