Sarah,

My Naturopathic Doctor (N.D.) is who determined my food intolerance (dairy
and sugar/fruit combining), via a blood test that she sent to a specialist
in Portland, Oregon. My N.D. bases a large part of her practice on the
knowledge one can have of their individual food intolerances. She has told
me that she is one of a very few Naturopaths who use this diagnostic
method, but she uses it because she has seen it do amazing things in people
to improve their health. If you'd like, I could ask her if there is a book
that I could tell you about that would explain the food intolerance theory
as a treatment method. I have great faith and respect for my N.D.'s years
of education and her background, which contributes to her abilities as a
Naturopath. Let me know if you want me to check with her on the
information.

Denise
