There was not a lot of response to my question of whether or not
confectioners' glaze was gf. Below are the reponses I did get. In
addition, I had called Betty Crocker on one of the containers of
sprinkles that I had. It contained confectioners' glaze and I was told
they were gluten-free.

1. In cooking terms, confectioners' glaze is confectioner's sugar and a
liquid--milk, lemon juice, rum. confectioner's sugar contains corn starch

2.Dear Sidona--
We met with a dietician around Halloween and asked her if we could give our
4-year-old son who has Celiac Disease the candy corn I had bought. She
looked at it, saw that it had "confectioners' glaze" and said no, that c.g.
wasn't g.f. So to speak. I can't remember why, but I won't buy anything
with it anymore.
Hope that's helpful.
