Help! I'm new at the whole thing. I've just been diagnosed with Celiac
Sprue Disease. I've tried since the end of April to stay gluten free by
eating whole foods: meats, fruits, vegetables, rice, and potatoes. There
must be more foods that are gluten free. Could you please send me items
by brand name that are gluten free?
I also have the following two questions:
1. Does one stay 100 percent gluten free 100 percent of the time except
for an occasional unintentional error? Or can one make the decision to
ingest some malt vinegar in a marinade knowing there may be some diaherra
in awhile?
2. After eating whole foods for 4 mos., how do I begin to add other
foods?
