For those of us eating at McDonald's in the US, please note that their
grilled chicken filets (either as a plain filet OR in the grilled chicken
salad) is *NOT* gluten free. All McDonald's have their ingredients
available, either as a poster or a chart you can carry away. I have looked
at this as recently as last month, and the grilled chicken has wheat flour
listed in its ingredients.

The grilled chicken salad at Wendy's (US) *is* gluten free.
