An interesting thing about Cheerios.  It was one of the products that clued
me into wheat/gluten problems.  I was avoiding everything with soy and was
starting to develop similar problems again.  Modified food starch was the
culprit!  And I was on my way to becoming gluten free after that little
discovery.
