Fellow sufferers of accidents despite vigilance:

I am having a bout of "I wonder what it could have been" and, for the
first time, am not having outrageous intestinal problems. I believe it
is because I have been taking Metamucil three times a day for the past
two weeks to aid in digesting soy protein--I am trying to cut way down
on rice and corn because of weight gain, for me a disaster--and it leads
to constipation.
Stokes, the NJ Pharmacist, mentioned at the NYC support group last week
that Metamucil can stop the diarrhea from an accident. It really works.

Also, many thanks to the people who advised L-Glutamine to control
sugar craving. It, too, works.
