Help!!!  I was eating my salad at a returant tonight and I
consumed part of a cruton.  I took care of things at the
resturant.  Dinner for all was free but I'm sitting here
anticipating the next 24 hours.  I did the metamucil, twice.  Any
help is appreciated!!!  This place has been wonderful in the
past.  They know my medical consition.  Everything looked great.
