This chat is very easy to use.  There is no downloading and open to
everybody regardless of your Internet Service Provider.  It is free.

Click on the first chat on the website and it will take you to the chat
room.  Put 15 by the Automatic Refresh Rate and in the box under it that
says....Use Frames?........click on it.

We have discussions on many topics, recipe exchanges, etc.  Everybody is
welcome and we especially invite the newly diagnosed celiacs as we know that
you have many questions you would like to ask.

This website offers many Celiac Disease links that have excellent
information.  We also have a 24 hour Unmoderated Chat where messages can be
left or perhaps you will enter at a time when other celiacs are in the chat.
