I found a great source for grain mills, bread machines and electric
tortilla makers on the Internet.

I called and talked to a lovely woman by the name of Win Peterson, who
is very knowledgable about the above products.  She is familiar with
gluten intolerance has a number of gf customers!  They also give cooking
lessons and had used the tortilla press in a class today!

I ordered the electric tortilla press ($56.00 plus shipping) and look
forward to making my own gf roll-ups next week!

If you are in search of a grain mill, bread maker or tortilla press, I
would recommend calling these folks.  They also carry many other cooking
supplies, nutritional supplements, cookware, and books!
