I am brand new to the listserve, so I don't know if this has yet been
discussed, but I have a recipe from the Seattle-based Gluten Intolerance
Group cookbook  for Beef Jerkey.

The recipe calls for MSG (which my celiac husband is allergic to, so I
probably won't use it) and it calls for Worchestershire Sauce.

Does anyone know of a Gluten-Free brand of Worchestershire Sauce?

I'd really like to make the beef jerkey because my husband travels a
great deal with his business and runs into all kinds of trouble finding
food to eat and dealing with improper airline food.  I don't really trust
most of the brands of pre-made beef jerkey either.

Does anyone know where to buy GF beef jerkey?
