Hi all once again,

I am so grateful for this list serve and thanks to all who participate.
I was just reading about GF peanut butter and it was written that Skippy
peanut butter is GF. I have a bottle of the skippy right here with me
and the ingredients lists icing sugar. I was under the understanding
that icing sugar is a no no. Perhaps I am mistaken about this but is it
not true that icing sugar contains gluten. I know our health store sells
GF icing sugar so...i assumed that because skippy peanut butter contains
icing sugar then it must be unsafe for us to eat. Any clarification on
this product would be greatly appreciated.

Once again thanks
Debora Moes :-)
