Now that I have (sadly) put all my weight and then some back on, I am
looking for ways to cut my calories.  I found a drink at Costco in
Canada, called Talking Rain.  It is made in Preston Washington and it
lists carbonated water and natural essences as the ingredients.  It is
really good and I was wondering if anyone knew whether it was gluten
free - the is no address or number to contact the company. Can natural
essences be derived from gluten or use alcohol in the process?
