Bob Chapel asked:
>Anyone know if Packard Bell computers require
> proprietary ram?
Michael Slater replied:
>No, Packard bells (Almost all) use fast page 72 pin simms (non parity)
Isaac Martinez rejoindered:
>I have a packard bell 486 that uses 72 pin parity simms.

Isaac:
1) When you say "uses" do you mean "requires"?
(I have some computers that _use_ either parity or non-parity
and others that _require_ parity.)

2) Can you tell us what model this Packard Bell is?

Anyone else:

3) Can you _identify_ other exceptions to the "Almost all"?

4) Know any URLs for PB history or upgrade information?
