There are only three ways I know to get WIN95 OSR2.

1) Purchase a new system, I did when I got my first computer from Acer
Open this past year.

2) Buy a Pentium motherboard to build a system.  (Not sure about this
route though.)

3) If you are an IS professional there is a way to get a copy.
