I have a phone answering program and have a monitor that I put to
sleep using Windows 95 after so many minutes.  On another machine
the modem when a call was received always woke up the monitor.  On
this new computer - it just keeps sleeping and I can not see the
CallerID until I wake it up and that is too late.

Seems to me that there was a questions someplace that I could check
and it would respond.  But can't find it.

Any ideas.
