Hey all-

I've tried re-creating a start up disk based on the
Toshiba laptop I'm working on. I cannot get into
Windows '95 nor can I read the CD ROM drive. I"m
trying to re-install Windows '95a as the system is
getting locked up on the splash screen.

Here's what my autoexec.bat and config.sys look like
on my newly created boot disk. See anything out of
whack?

Autoexec.bat
@ECHO on
if exist toscd001 LH c:\windows\command\mscdex /L:D
/D:TOSCD001 /M:10
SET PATH=C:\TRMOUSE;%PATH%
C:\TRMOUSE\TRMOUSE.COM

Config.sys

DEVICE=C:\WINDOWS\HIMEM.SYS /TESTMEM:OFF
DEVICE=C:\WINDOWS\EMM386.EXE NOEMS X=D000-DFFF
DOS=HIGH,UMB
DEVICEHIGH=C:\WINDOWS\SETVER.EXE
DEVICEHIGH=C:\CDDRV\TOSCDROM.SYS /D:TOSCD001

Cheers,
Chad
