I need to capture short (5 - 10 seconds) worth of video from a VHS tape and
(a) imbed it in a help file and (b) send it, with viewer if necessary, to
clients. I have blue sky's winhelp development suite so putting the clip in
a help file is no real problem. The problem is what hardware and software
do I need to capture the video data from the VHS tape and what software do I
need to share the clip standalone with clients.
Am running W95b and W98 beta systems for development machines using VBA and
VB5 for language/data acess. All target machines are 32bit platforms.
TIA
