Try schools, esp school libraries.  Most schools are way beyond that
technology (as they should be) but some teachers like having extra
workstations in their rooms for keyboard practice, skill and drill software,
etc.  Libraries can often use older computers as search stations for their
cataloguing software which is often DOS based.  286's are perfect for it.
