You have ruled out the power supply, so --
When booting, have you chosen the option to create a BOOTLOG.TXT file?
There might be some hints in there.
You may have a software conflict or other software problem. What programs
are you running when Windows 95 crashes? (This includes programs running
in the background. You can hit CTRL+ALT+DEL one time to determine most or
all of the programs that are running.)
You might also try a shareware program, Win-eXpose-I/O, which will show
everything that is going on while Windows 95 is running. (I registered my
copy, but I don't recall where I originally found it. The author's e-mail
