Chinese water snake fat profile:
20% - eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA)
48% - myristic acid (14:0)
10% - stearic acid (18:0)
14% - oleic acid (18:1w9)
7% - linoleic (18:2w6)/arachidonic (20:4w6) acids
It's higher in EPA than cold water fish (salmon oil is about 18%)
