Yes and the foods I craved the most were my biggest intolerance foods. Just
because you love it, doesn't mean "it" loves you or is good for you. In
fact, the opposite is usually true. You can go into this much more
knowledgeable by reading "Your Hidden Food Allergies Are Making You Fat" by
Rudy Rivera M.D. and Roger D. Deutsch. Your own blood cells determine which
foods are your intolerances. That carried more weight with me than other
testing methods. Order their brochure and see how you feel about it.
