After having posted my own current eating profile, I got the impression
that there are quite many out there, which follow their own special course
of paleonutrition.
From some of us it has already shown up what they actually eat.
I'd really be curious to hear some more of it.
What do YOU eat (and since when)?
How much meat per day (which animal, which weight, which parts)?
How much animal fat (which one?)
How much raw vegetables per day and which ones?
How much cooked vegetables and which ones?
Which "cheatings" (rice, alcohol, bread, pasta)?
Does anybody eat insects, worms, maggots?
What were your experiences?
Feeling fit or foggy or tired?
How's changed your endurance in sports?
Obstipation or something else?
Changes in skin? Frequency of catching a cold?
Anybody care to share his or her experiences?
