Sorry if this seems too repetative for anyone, but I am interested in
what the group thinks. Which of the following foods are paleo and which
aren't:

beets (I love them raw)

buckwheat (so what if it is a "fruit", you need to cook it in boiling
water, right?)

wild rice (not rice, but a wild tropical grass, higher in nutrition than
white rice)

rice, especially brown rice (the whole rice), including brown rice flour

quinoa (espcially flour form)

amaranth (also in the highly refined, flour form)

soy products (I assume not, due to being a legume. Anybody eat them as
part of paleo?)

pumpkin/squash seeds (need to be roasted? A very good source of omega-
3's...)

Are there any other raw vegetables not considered paleo for some reason?

Thanks!

James
