Cathy,

Just try to get creative; anything that you like will work.  I don't use recipes, I just make it
up as I go.  You could try mixing fish with other meat.  Maybe try the recent suggestion of mixing
the meat with diced pickles (and mayo, I suppose), or even HB eggs if you eat eggs like that.
Then wrap in something, like a huge lettuce, chard, or similar leaf.  Spices are definitely your
best friend.  You should try all combinations and find the ones you like the best.  Even with a
food you like, spices make it much better.
