On the bottom of page 356 of Protein Power, the Eades' write:

"When you purchase fish oil capsules, make sure they are labeled
*cholesterol free*. Fish tend to concentrate many pollutants, including
heavy metals and PCBs in their fat, and this fat is where fish oil comes
from. The refining process that removes all these pollutants also removes
the cholesterol, so if the label says *cholesterol free*, you can be sure
that the oil you are buying is pollutant free."
