Hi all,

I'm hoping someone will have some ideas for easy, portable Paleo
lunches/snacks that don't require refrigeration. I don't have a formal
lunch hour at work (I teach at a community college) and I don't want to
trust that I'll actually be able to buy appropriate foods so I'm looking
for ideas. I'd like easy stuff that I can just grab and stuff in my bag
each day. So far, all I can come up with are nuts or dried fruit, but I try
to eat low carb throughout the day so I don't get as hungry. What kind of
quality dried meats are available (no I don't have a dehydrator)? All I can
think of are those ersatz dried slim-jim jerky things.

Or is an "easy" lunch a Paleo pipe-dream?

TIA
