People that go on raw-food diets don't eat foods that can't be eaten raw.
So this knocks out the grains. Then raw-dairy is only available in two
states. So out comes the dairy. Then they tend to eat fresh foods, so out
comes the food chemicals. I have a hard time seeing that the rawness of the
diet is what is helping, verus the removal of all those non-Paleolithic foods.

Don.
