Mike:
Your comments seem more than a little heavy handed. As an avid lurker on
this list, I can tell you without hesitation that the posts -- and poster
-- you're flaming against provide my main food for thought. If this guy,
and a few others, including Ray, weren't posting, I wouldn't be here.
I'm fascinated with Neanderthin and low-carb ways of eating. Unfortunately,
they're not working all that well for me -- and I even look like a
Neanderthal, or so I've been told ;)
One size DOESN'T fit all. The posts you're flaming against are definitely
NOT confusing. They're informative and well-reasoned, while yours, frankly,
seem entirely "me too."
I'm not promoting a urination contest here...just defending the rights of
others to poke constructive holes in this -- or any -- dietary
theory/practice. I'm happy (and a bit jealous) that your experience with
H-G eating has been "by the book." Mine hasn't, and I want all the options
I can muster.
