Hi Don!!!

Yoeschucho:

Don Wiss:

Funny that you would mention Eden Organic Tamari Soy Sauce Traditionally
Brewed: I was just having some Eden Organic Shoyu Soy Sauce
Traditionally Brewed with my Raw Beef while I got this Post. So I was
wonder why use chose Tamari over Shoyu and did you even know you have a
choice. The ingredients for Shoyu are: Water, Organic Soybeans, Organic
Wheat, Sea Salt. So I was wondering if you objected to the Wheat for
some reason.

Don Wiss:

It basically says the something similar for Shoyu:
-----
Imported Organic Shoyu
Eden Shoyu is Organic Crop Improvement Association certified. Made with
whole foods and the same traditional koji fermentation brewing used for
hundreds of years. Organically grown whole soybeans and wheat are aged
for two years allowing koji enzymes and patient tending to create this
Eden Shoyu soy sauce. Tamari soy sauces impart their own flavor. Shoyu
harmonizes, blends, and enhances the flavors of foods, imparts a bouquet
and disappears. It is the best soy sauce.
-----
So I'm wondering what tastes better and what exactly did they mean that
"[Tamari] is more pronounced than that of Shoyu." And yet on my bottle
it said "Shoyu harmonizes... . It is the best soy sauce." - Is it
really? I remember I've had Tamari but from what I remember it does
have the exact same flavor of Shoyu and I think I like Shoyu over all,
but I'm going to try Tamari again just to make sure.
