I don't really know. I've never eaten more than a few handsful at a time,
I find that after eating a few I don't really want anymore. It's like
there's a natural "thermostat" that tells me when I've had enough of them.
But they've never given me any discomfort whatsoever, and I am prone to
digestive problems.

Take care,
John Pavao

[Mahesh Shah] How many nuts do you suppose a person can digest at one
sitting? [Mahesh Shah] Dont they contain enzyme inhibitors that prevent
digestion and cause a load on the body's system?
