Roald Schmid (Native Nutrition) hypothesizes that pastured cattle would
have significant EPA. And in 1928 there was probably a pretty good chance
that the beef came from mostly pastured animals, no?
Anybody have any documentation on the differences between pastured and
dry-feed/grain cattle?
