People who run the study often know what results they are trying to get. To
get on a study people are interviewed. I haven't figured out just what sort
of questions can be asked to select people to get these results. I do know
that the industry sponsored studies on MSG ask up front if the person is
sensitive to MSG, and then exclude them from the study.
