My fourteen month daughter has been diagnosed with a milk protien allergy pending return of the blood test.  They are also testing her for soy.  

I need help in finding ways to cook for her.  Suggestions on traveling with a child with these problems would be appreciated as well.

Does anyone have a child who out grew a milk allergy? I keep hearing she may out grow it but I don't know wether to believe it or not.
