On one hand, this is a troubling measure, this limiting of individual
freedom and access to a medium of communication etc.. I'd be incensed if I
weren't the citizen of a country that has--prior to Cuba's act--banned most
of its citizens from traveling to or buying from or selling to Cuba. That
puts the stance on individual rights in perspective.
