Also has good info on other Mexican billonaires into tobacco for others,
and profits for themselves and Philip-Morris.

This is a great study of predatory US tobacco at loose in the world,
from South Africa to China, and all points in between.

Is Philip Morris and other big tobacco behind the strategy of 'Drug
